JAGUAR ENERGY – Depth, withdrawal, inner clarity, gentle, unshakeable strength

 

The black jaguar is an animal of the shadow world and represents the unconscious. It appears when it is time to explore inner worlds and let go of old identities. It is particularly connected to the dark, receptive side of the feminine and supports women in their intuition, inner voice and letting go, because they do not have to force anything, they attract things through their very being.

 

Justifying oneself, adapting and making oneself small are aspects that can be let go of with the help of the black jaguar.

 

 

​What to expect – movement, space for yourself, energy WORK

Before we gather in the protected circle, I invite you to stretch out on your yoga mat, shake, dance and take your place in your body. Afterwards, I will open the space for you and the other women's souls who have decided to connect with each other in this setting. With attention and appreciation, we want to listen to each other, work for each other and be there for each other.

 

Inspired by the energy of the black jaguar, I will weave in deeper content, energetic exercises, meditations and questions for self-reflection as my inner voice tells me to. Each circle will thus be different.
