General Terms & Conditions of Sale
§1 General Scope
Maria Reich (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider), offers energy field coaching, consultation, workshops and yoga courses in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions (GTC's). With the commissioning, these terms and conditions are accepted by the client (hereinafter referred to as the Client). Any terms and conditions of the client which deviate from these terms and conditions shall not apply.

§2 Formation of the contract
The subject of the contract is the sale of service packages. The service includes the so-called energy field coaching and counselling for life-changing processes. 

The respective service package entitles the client to make use of the service promised with the package within the validity period. The service description (see "Conditions and Contractual Agreements") applies, including the criteria listed there.

§3 Prices, offers, terms of payment
The prices listed in the relevant offers represent total prices. They all include the regular value added tax of 19%. The available payment methods are clearly listed and visible after clicking on "Book now". Unless otherwise stated in the individual payment methods, the payment claims arising from the concluded contract are due for payment immediately.

§4 Appointment and registration
The time and place of an order are to be agreed upon by the service provider and the client in writing by the service provider sending an e-mail with the relevant data for each appointment. Agreed appointments are binding. The client agrees to appear punctually at all agreed appointments.

§5 Cancellation of contract
Booked service packages cannot be cancelled. By completing the online payment process, the client irrevocably purchases one of the service packages. Should there be no further interest in the service package (energy field coaching and counselling in life-changing processes) afterwards, no credit can be credited or the package cancelled. Cancellation of the contract is not possible.

§6 Cancellation of appointments
Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the start of the appointment, otherwise the appointment is cancelled and no refund is possible.

§7 Cancellation of an appointment or event by the service provider
In the event that the service provider has to cancel or postpone an appointment (or seminar, workshop), the client will be informed as soon as possible. An alternative date will be offered if necessary. Further claims, in particular claims for damages, do not exist.

§8 Expiry & Expiration of Packages
The conditions and agreement terms of the offers in detail are listed under the individual package. They contain different general conditions. With the booking of one of the offers in writing, the customer accepts the conditions irrevocably.

§9 Liability
The service provider undertakes to perform all agreed services carefully to the best of its knowledge and belief. There is no guarantee for success in the provision of the service (energy field coaching and consultation for life changing processes). Liability is excluded. By making an appointment or registering, the client confirms to act self-responsibly and to release the service provider from all liability claims. The client acknowledges that he/she is fully responsible for his/her own physical and mental health and that he/she is liable for any damage caused.

§10 Confidentiality
The service provider undertakes to keep confidential all professional, personal and private matters of the client that become known in the course of the activity, even after the termination of the contract.
